幼い頃から人の心をそのまま感じ取るスピリチュアルな感受性の高さがあり、その共鳴力を生かしたく歌の道へ進む。2004年ソニーミュージックレコードからJ-popシンガーとしてメジャーデビュー。映画やテレビ番組のテーマ曲などを歌う。

芸能界引退後、ヒプノセラピーやさまざまなヒーリングメソッド、植物療法や自然食など、心・体・魂についての専門的な道を深め、よりホリスティックで根源的なヒーリング・セラピーを追求しそれらを統合した。

人々が本来の自分の尊さや美しさに気づき、ハートから生き、幸せになるためのプロセスに役立ちたいと願い「 pure self method 」を立ち上げ、現在はTimeWaverや古代叡智のメソッド「ハート・イメジェリー」を中心としたヒーリングセラピーを提供している。

Since childhood, I have had a high level of spiritual sensitivity that allows me to feel people's hearts as they are, and I decided to pursue a career in singing to make use of that resonant power. I made her major debut as a J-pop singer from Sony Music Records in 2004. I sang theme songs for movies and TV shows.

After retiring from the entertainment industry, I deepened my professional path to the mind, body, and soul, including hypnotherapy, various healing methods, phytotherapy, and natural foods, and integrated them to pursue more holistic and fundamental healing therapies. And then I launched the "Pure Self Method'' in hope of helping people realize own true worth and beauty and living from heart and become happy. and now I provide method and therapy which centered TimeWaver therapy and technology of ancient wisdom"Heart Imagery".
