Working as a transformational facilitator for over 10 years, I have had the privilege of guiding people to experience the fastest, easiest path towards balancing their lives. Having gone through tremendous challenges from a very young age has given me the deep soul-based desire to continuously expand my awareness and consciousness. My journey has gifted me with the ability to connect to others and truly empower them to know what they already know within the wisdom of the heart.

In my experience with cancer, chemotherapy, divorce, loneliness, single parenting, childhood trauma and abuse, I came to recognize that the energy we emanate speaks louder than our words.

A shift in energy is the difference between giving up or surrendering to your highest potential. It is the key that releases barriers and it is the bridge that can lead to letting go of judgement and control.

When I learned how energy and awareness work together, I began using tools and techniques that have literally helped me look into the depths of fear, death, and inf inite possibility. I discovered that I have the power inside of me to change my entire reality. It all begins with a choice.

As I learned about the extraordinary potency of heart imagery, I began to dynamically study the teachings of Daniel Mitel. These teachings have unlocked the doors to the unfathomably elegant beauty and healing capacity that exist within the realm of the heart. Heart imagery, for me, is one of the most important practices to spiritual expansion and evolution. If we are willing to receive it, the heart gifts us access to everything we require for healing, restoration and regeneration in all areas of life.

Each journey into the heart helps us to transcend the illusion of separation, and forge a beautiful connection to all that is. The more that we use imagery in a conscious way, we begin to ascend to a state of unity with Source itself, and in the process, replace barriers and limitations with a Universe of inf inte possibilities.
