Hello, everyone, this is Jerald, I am a Building Services Engineer. I like running, yoga, non-violent communication and learning new things. Since 2021, I participated in HI-1, HI-2 and HI-3 workshops and I found HI workshops are my all-time favorite workshops because I could allow myself be free during the heart imagery practices. In year 2023, I decide to go deeper into my heart to find and see my true self through heart imagery. Therefore, I become a HI-1 teacher and from here, to keep practice and let my heart guide me until I meet my true self.
